Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mysta Quantum Nutrition (“the App”), operated by JvJDNA Co LLC / Mystagolf Brands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides AI-powered golf nutrition planning, HEFR performance scoring, HRV tracking, coach-player collaboration tools, curriculum management, breathing/focus exercises, and food tracking. The App is available as a progressive web app (PWA) and native iOS application.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings (for App Store purchases) or by contacting us (for web purchases via Stripe).
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• A free trial period may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

5. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

The App provides general nutrition information and AI-generated meal suggestions for golf performance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified nutritionist before making significant dietary changes. HEFR scores and AI recommendations are algorithmic estimates and should be used as general guidance only.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, photos, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it within the App for the purposes of providing our services. Coach-shared content is visible to your assigned coach.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: uploading harmful content, attempting to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineering the App, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, HEFR algorithm, Quantum Champs curriculum, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of JvJDNA Co LLC / Mystagolf Brands. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Epi-Hydrate LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
