1. Who We Are

Mysta Quantum Nutrition (“the App”) is operated by JvJDNA Co LLC / Mystagolf Brands. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app at app.epihydrate.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

Name, email address, password (encrypted), gender, weight, height, and age — collected during signup to personalize your nutrition plan.

Nutrition & Health Data

Food intake, meal plans, water consumption, HEFR scores, HRV (Heart Rate Variability) readings, and supplement tracking.

Apple HealthKit Data

With your permission, we read step count and calories burned, and write meal and water intake data to Apple Health. HealthKit data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Fitbit Data

With your authorization, we sync HRV and activity data from your Fitbit account.

Media Uploads

Photos and videos you upload for swing analysis and curriculum topics are stored securely in our cloud storage.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Coach-Player Data

If you connect with a coach, your curriculum notes, uploaded videos, and progress data are shared with your assigned coach.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Personalize your HEFR nutrition scores and AI meal recommendations
  • Track your nutrition, hydration, and recovery progress
  • Enable coach-player collaboration and feedback
  • Process subscription payments
  • Send account-related emails (welcome, password reset)
  • Improve the app experience

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication
  • Your assigned coach — curriculum progress and notes (if applicable)
  • Apple HealthKit — only the data categories you authorize

HealthKit data is never used for advertising, shared with third parties, or sold.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Media files are stored in secure cloud storage buckets. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can revoke HealthKit permissions through your device Settings.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe or Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings or by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for golfers of all ages. Users under 13 should have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.
